This ride takes you down the river Ogwr into Newbridge fields and cross the A48, be carefull there, then down to, what is known locally as the "dipping bridge" where children still jump off into the river then onto Methyr Mawr there you can either carry straight down to the sand dunes ot turn left over the small foot bridge and down the track to the "stepping stones", There you can cross the river and walk into the Ogmore Castle or carry on to Southerdown or back up towards Ewenny returning to Bridgend
